Lectures and research in areas such as civil law, commercial law, civil cases, criminal law, labor law, social insurance law, international private law and intellectual asset law make up the principal courses of the master’s degree portion of the Civil and Criminal Law program, which also includes special courses.
All principal courses are taught by full-time instructors.
Each student chooses one principal specialized course, and the faculty member responsible for teaching that course offers general guidance concerning research as the student’s advisor, for example with regard to the authoring of the dissertation.
The doctoral degree portion of the program consists of special research and special lectures and seminars in civil law, commercial law, civil law, criminal law, labor law, social security law, and international private law.
