Civil and Criminal Law (Master's and Doctoral Degree Programs)

Lectures and research in areas such as civil law, commercial law, civil cases, criminal law, labor law, social insurance law, international private law, intellectual asset law, and Asian corporate law make up the principal courses of the masterʼs degree portion of the Civil and Criminal Law program, which also includes special courses.

All principal courses are taught by full-time instructors.

Each student chooses one principal specialized course, and the professor responsible for teaching it offers general guidance concerning research as the studentʼs advisor, for example with regard to the authoring of the dissertation.

The doctoral degree portion of the program consists of special research and special lectures and seminars in civil law, commercial law, civil law, criminal law, labor law, social security law, and international private law.
