This program, which consists of night classes in which students learn while working, is dedicated to training professional specialists and to offering recurrent education to working adults.
The master's degree program is divided into education and clinical psychology courses that foster skills for research and practice that are demanded in education and clinical psychology.
The doctoral degree program consists of educational practice and clinical psychology.
Students of the master's degree program can earn a specialized teaching certificate. Students who are currently working as teachers can upgrade their Class 1 preschool, elementary, junior, or high school teaching certificate to a specialized teaching certificate.
The Foundation of the Japanese Certification Board for Clinical Psychologists has approved our program as a Class 1 designated graduate school.
This means students are qualified to take the clinical psychologist certification examination upon completing the Master's program.
The program also houses the Clinical Psychology Center as a research and training facility.
