The Departmentʼs goal is to ensure that our students master high-level knowledge and advanced skills in chemical engineering and molecular engineering and through educational and research programs gain proficiency as engineers capable of making a significant contribution to the advancement of a sustainable society.
The teaching staff specializes in advanced fields, including biofuels, supercritical fluids, functional catalysis technologies, surface analysis of catalysts, high-performance chemical plants, engineering of bio- and soft-interfaces, safety and environmental technology, self-organized function materials, advanced recycling technologies, and process systems engineering providing graduates with a broad perspective and sophisticated knowledge.
