The Academic, Industrial, and Governmental Liaison Center was established in April 2006 to pursue regionally rooted collaboration among industry, academia, and government in a way that meets corporate needs.
The Center undertakes a variety of initiatives to provide “seeds” from universities and to identify corporate needs.
lt also takes advantage of Fukuoka University's status as a comprehensive institution of higher learning to revitalize the region and contribute to society through collaboration among industry, academia, and government in a broad range of fields, including the environment, semiconductors, automobiles, nanotechnology, health, preventive medicine, biotechnology, management, venture business, and the development of a safe and secure society.
