Student Advisors

Fourth-year students who have completed their job search by obtaining an informal job offer give advice to younger classmates from a student perspective based on the experiences they gained during their search.

Each year, about thirty students who have received informal job offers from manufacturers, transportation companies, banks, securities companies, service companies, and other employers register to work as student advisors.

They provide valuable assistance to their younger classmates by reporting on their experience through job search guidance and planning and orchestrating events such as social get-togethers, mock interviews that take advantage of their experiences, and group discussions.
