Career and Job Placement Education

Students in all years of study are able to take tests that assess aptitude in areas like behavioral traits that are emphasized by employment tests, and the University offers seminars and support events starting during the first two years of study to ensure students have a fulfilling experience while staying aware of their future goals.

Furthermore, the University provides a wide range of information (opportunities to think about future goals) so as to deepen studentsʼ understanding while generating interest in careers and jobs in an effort to enrich career and occupational education starting during the first two years of study, for example through career guidance and industry-specific research seminars.

Additionally, we work to enrich group work-based experiential programs so that students can think for themselves and develop consensus through teamwork, and we help students form a constructive attitude toward work by enhancing and enriching offerings such as lectures, industry research seminars, and overseas internships to prepare them for life in a diverse society.
