Job Search Camp

Students visit multiple leading companies over four days, learn about different industries and companies, and participate in discussions and group activities. Instead of merely visiting companies, students prepare by studying the companies' business frameworks and by analyzing companies and industries.

Participating in advance study before the visits lets the students learn more about the industries and companies in question.

On the last day, the program brings students together with about twenty graduates so that they can deepen their self-understanding and learn more about their own potential and the range of employment options that are open to them. The goal of the program is to help students broaden their horizons through visits to companies and dialog with graduates so that they can pursue a global career in the future. After returning to Fukuoka, they participate in post-camp study and ultimately give a presentation about their experiences. Creating output, instead of only experiencing input, lets students "lock in" what they've learned. This academic year, the program will be held in both Tokyo and Osaka.
